In Denver, all public projects are required to spend "1% for the arts" or in other words 1% of the budget is required to be spent by artists on art.

I believe in a similar principle for my projects: putting a little bit of polish, a little bit of art, into everything. One of the explicit design goals is to have the polish of an iPod. Not a wire out of place. I won't quite achieve that, but I think I have done well. So, I have decorated the hull of my helicopter thusly:
